Bearing innumerable rich fruits in this golden autumn, Binjiang Property held “Ignite the Fighting Spirit, Shine the Service Strength” the 11th skills competition in Hangzhou on September 28th, 2024. Yu Zhongxiang, the chairman and president of Binjiang Property, Shen Guorong, the executive president of Binjiang Property, and others leaders attended the competition.
There were 13 competitor teams from north branch, east branch, middle branch, south branch and group company. More than 300 competitors competed in the competition.
The 13 uniform and strong-willed competitor teams strode toward prospects and dreams in the opening ceremony. When passing rostrum, Zhe middle team 2 shouted out “advance irresistibly, make concerted efforts, strive for success”; Zhe east team 3 shouted out “east wind blows, war drum beats, Zhe east team 3 succeeds”; Zhe north team 1 shouted out “strive for perfection, be sincere and trustworthy, be invincible and challenge new height”; Zhe south team 2 shouted out “Zhe south, overcome all difficulties”. Their watchwords were the powerful voice of times and the enterprise spirit of pursuing endless service.
Chairman Yu made a speech in the opening ceremony: “one minute on the stage is based on ten-year practice off stage.” This skills competition today will not only examine the skills of individuals and teams but also show the skill training level and spirituality at ordinary times. We are supposed to adopt our good points and avoid our shortcomings, exchange with each other and practice what we have learnt, make efforts to be service-oriented, skilled and knowledgeable talent teams and energize the high-quality development of Binjiang Property by taking full advantage of this competition.
During the opening ceremony, the order maintenance team members of Binjiang Property gave full play to their abilities and performed batons & shields exercise and grappling boxing. The real skills came from their diligent study and strenuous training at ordinary times. The scene show and etiquette exercise of customer service staffs presented the civilization of ceremonies state.

The order team members were valiant and heroic in bearing. Their masculine actions were standard in practical military exercise. Fire fighting response was an important competition item. “Train army for a thousand days to use it for an hour.” They responded immediately and forged ahead with standard actions after an order was issued: putting on firefighting clothing, connecting water hose and extinguishing fire. There were a few situational exercises, including arranged planning for fire alarm, contingency plan for typhoon and flood, contingency plan for being trapped in elevator etc. These cases are closely related to routine services. All the well-trained team members showed their courage and responsibility.
Competition of Customer Service Staffs
Brilliant Appearance, Performance Masters
Decoration management, pet management, complaint reception etc. in routine work were competition items of situational exercise for customer service staffs. The cases of competitors came from routine services. Their vivid artistic performance illustrated the service concept “heartfelt service, love for you” of Binjiang Property.
Keynote speech was a special item in the competition of customer service staffs. The competitors showed the elegant demeanor of property service staffs in the theme “be sincere and trustworthy”. Based on their commonplace but great property service experiences, they presented the service spirit of “consider what owners consider, worry what owners worry”, undertook social responsibility, cared about owners, obtained the trust of owners and maintained the harmony and peace of communities. Their passionate speech on site touched the judges deeply.
The
property service staffs not only showed their elegant etiquette and
demeanor but also competed for high-end customized tea break in national
customs. They made beverage, fruit tray and dessert on site in limited
time. Delicious food was shown firstly for national customs. By surging
creativity and teamwork, the property service staffs presented exquisite
high-end customized tea break that represented Binjiang Property, which
surprised the judges.

The tidy and clean environment in communities depends on the hard work of cleaners. In the competition, cleaners completed window cleaning and marble polishing with their professional skills and processes. Their standard operations, proficient actions and even cleaning presented the standards of cleaning. Every position of property service with exquisite technique and service standards is indispensable. The cleaners won the praise of judges for their professional services.

Conversation with Landscaping, Return of Vigor
Landscaping beauty depends on the elaboration of landscaping workers. There was competition of professional knowledge and practical operations of landscaping workers. From professional landscaping knowledge test to pesticide ratio exercise, they performed carefully, gave play to accurate pesticide ratio and made unremitting endeavor for the golden brand of landscaping of Binjiang Property.
Engineering Competition
Superiority in Competition, True Strength
The skill specialty in engineering competition was very strong. The competitors showed their strength in secondary circuit wiring, motor disassembly and assembly, monitor installation and fire fighting apparatus debugging. In the competition of fire fighting apparatus debugging, the competitors needed to debug smoke detectors, temperature detectors and modules in automatic fire alarm system and alarm linkage system. Based on their routine practice, they made analysis calmly, got their ideas into shape and operated manually on site. Some teams needed cooperation to overcome difficulties and challenge themselves. Although they were unknown to public at ordinary times, they showed their superiority in the competition which increased their confidence of outstanding work in the future. “Ten thousand routines for the touching tear at one moment” expresses a touching moment in the song Come on Stage. On September 28th, the competitors showed their wonderful performance based on countless ordinary routines and unremitting effort. They shined on the stage and celebrated the 75th anniversary in this way at the same time.
